Couple claims to be world's oldest

Reuters - A Japanese man aged 104 and his 103-year-old wife plan to claim the title of world's oldest married couple after hearing it had been awarded to two Americans.

With an aggregate age of 207 as opposed to the record of 205, they should claim the record. The competition is for the oldest COUPLE, so the combined age is what counts. They should be claiming their title very soon now, Guiness isn't likely to dispute the claim.
