Terrorism In Trinidad & Tobago - Page 6

During a broadcast about the Trump immigration nonsense the MSNBC correspondent Malcolm Nance said that if they really want to ban countries with a confirmed ISIS presence then they should be banning Trinidad, the Bahamas and Brazil! Crime is so bad here that we are being quoted in the news abroad now.

Title: Trinidad terrorists

Comments: The labeling of T&T as having more terrorist than the seven predominantly Muslim countries that have been banned by Donald Trump from entering the USA maybe is correct. The logic behind this conclusion is that the authorities don't even know how many loose killers we have here, and this has been so for decades. The politicians, the security services and the police are all to be blamed for allowing our worst criminal on the island of Trinidad to create a Muslim fanatical movement here which is always going to be a threat to our democracy unless politicians take drastic action to ban this local terrorist movement now.

There is a lot of media hype about terrorists from Trinidad fighting for ISIS. World newspapers are taking note:

international QUOTE
Reporters from the New York Times and Al Jazeera are speaking to members of T&T’s Muslim community following last week’s news that 130 nationals are involved in terrorist activities in countries abroad. Ref. Source 2i

We should not be complacent about this, almost 3 decades ago there was an insurrection and coup that put this country back a couple of decades. Do we really need terrorists going back to that to get locals to wake up and stop concerning themselves about doubles and fetes.

Title: Abu Bakr

Comments: There is obviously no strict control of the lawlessness that exist here with regards to certain citizens who display defiance and disrespect for out Justice system. Where else in the would a notorious criminal, a citizens who have committed the criminal act of treason now facing a judge in an alleged other criminal charge be allowed to walk out of the court and at the same time accusing the judge of being biased. This sort of behavior sends a clear message to other lawless individuals here that you can do such a defiant and disgraceful act and get away with it. Then believe it or not,the culprit allowed to return to the court after a few hours to face the judge again. Just unbelievable in a democracy. This is completely ridiculous. Abu Bakr has shown no fear or respect for the judge or our legal procedures here. The failure of our politicians and members of our justice system to deal with this citizen in a correct lawful manner and avoid him paying the known retribution for the act of treason committed in 1990 sent a clear signal then, to many potential criminals that maybe they too could get away with acts of criminality, which have no doubt played a part in our expansion of crime by citizens here of his racial group and back ground since that event. This acclaimed leader of our so called Muslim movement which is now co linked to local terrorists is at it again, showing his followers how arrogant and brass faced he is when dealing with our judiciary. Yes setting another bad example, which is most likely to adapted by his supporters in the future. Abu Bakr should have been immediately arrested and charged with the offense of contempt of court thus added another offense to the list of his criminal activities. If the politicians, the police and our justice system want to see a fall in our lawlessness and general crime, they must enforce the correct law and order in case such as this. In my opinion the turning of a blind eye to this incident by the politicians, the police and the judiciary encourages more crimes and lawlessness on this island. Those in the corridors of power here, members of the justice system and the police must demonstrate clearly to the rogue elements within our society who is in control by taking the necessary actions to stem the flow of our crime and escalating lawless behavior .

Tobago and Trinidad Terrorism

Donald Trump recently called the PM of Trinidad and Tobago, Keith Rowley. One of the concerns was about ISIS (According to the Express) and the infiltration of them in the country. Given the 1990 coup attempt this should be of grave concern to the authorities. If the USA offers help I hope the powers at be take it and do not give that prideful "We can handle it" approach because they aren't "Handling it" in a way that makes any of the citizenry feel comfortable.

Title: ISIS foreign terrorists

Comments: I see in a sky news report that the British military has made a promise to eliminate all British and foreign ISIS soldiers. Maybe that might be a solution of having to deal with our local returning band of terrorists serving with ISIS in Syria. It would appear that despite Mr Trump's comment our politicians have not made any real plans of how to deal with those trained men when they return here. They seem to treat it exactly as they do corruption, murders and kidnappings here. Yes turn a blind eye, and hope for the best.I still remain bamboozled as to why they have not restored the death penalty and re-commence the hangings of those ready convicted of murders.

Title: The Turkey dozen

Comments: The matter concerning the Turkey 12 in my opinion will quietly be swept under the carpet after delaying tactics, followed by some silly excuses are made as to why the authorities cannot pursue the matter in the expected thorough investigated manner. Here is a chance to get the proof of who here is organizing, recruiting and financing the brigade of so called Muslim terrorist and arranging the supply of these fanatics to Syria. However, as is usual the man behind all this chaos is still being protected both by politicians and the police. Why? Yes why?
