What's the longest you have run without stopping at all?
For this to count you must have been either been in a full run or jog. Walking or stopping to take a short rest does not count. You must have been in constant movement with one foot completely leaving the ground while running or jogging.
For me it was 12 miles.
I hate to run. When I was in the Marine Corps I had to run 1 1/2 miles in under 15 minutes and it was all I could do to manage it. I used to do it in 12-13 minutes. I really, really hate it! They now have to run 3 miles (just like the men), but since I am not in the Marine Corps any longer, I don't have to run anything!!!!!
Leirsgrios, there is a woman at my health club where I swim who says swimming has helped her asthma a great deal so, whether it be running or some other form of exercise, I think it probably would be very good for your asthma.
