Reuters - UK police said Monday they were searching for a man wearing just a diaper, who approaches women late at night and asks: "Are there any baby changing facilities around here?"

Well, he hasn't done anything illegal yet. Sounds like he is either somebody who just thinks it's funny (it seems similar to something you would see on a sketch comedy show), or somebody who is scraping the bottom of the pick-up line barrel.

Unfortunately, this is another of those bizarre fetishes -- fortunately, we hear very little about these publicly. Though he's done nothing "illegal" yet, he's on his way if he's actually accosting women this way. Disgusting, in my view.

Personally, I don't find anything attractive about an adult wearing a diaper for *kicks* and I certainly would not be able to contain the disgust on my face if someone approached me like that. I'm sure like here, there are fetish clubs in the UK that he could go to and be accepted for exhibiting behavior like that (but I don't think they would have baby changing facilities) .
