Scientist disproves town's strange luck

Reuters - It's official -- scientists have proved that the people of the small Irish town of Skibbereen do not have unnaturally good fortune. But they do seem pretty happy anyway.

Well, after several lottery wins in such a small town, I suppose they might be inclined to think they are lucky. Just because one person wasn't lucky with the lottery doesn't mean the place isn't lucky. Maybe you have to live there to share in the luck?
