Legacy Rehnquist The

I am sure for some US Citizens the death of Rehnquist might bring a bitter sweet end to an era of changes they may not have liked.

REHNQUIST BID A FOND FAREWELL

The Rehnquist Legacy History & Civil Business Politics

Sorry to dig up a few day old thread here,

I'm baffled as to what this man might have done to upset folks other than support state's rights. Bush V. Gore aside (Florida can count ballots and govern itself), this man did nothing else but interpret the constitution as it is. Saluting half-mast flags for this man is no problem for me. I'd be interested to hear what he did that upset so many.
