Its funny, in the article they show a waitress from Hooters.I'm not saying that waitresses from Hooters should be sexually harassed but at the same time some establishments seem to establish an unwritten rule that only sexy is allowed there kind of thing.

Researchers are evaluating how employees' interpretations of sexual harassment policies can invalidate the purpose of the policies. They found that employee perceptions of how exactly 'sexual harassment' is defined by a company's policy can, in effect, eliminate or reshape the meaning of these policies and contradict the norms and values of the companies that try to enforce them. What I don't like is the double standards in the hierarchy where sexual harassment is concerned. For instance if your the janitor and got caught in this you get instantly fired and the hard hammer on your head but if you are the CEO its like everyone wants to protect the predator and not the victim. The higher you go in the workplace the more protection you get from accusations of sexual harassment.

Yes there is a lot of double standards. IF a guy is accused of sexual harassment it is figured that he is guilty of it no matter what where if a lady is accused of sexual harassment it is like a social stigma that the guy is a issue and a whiner.
