The Figure

Whom do they meet?

In most Near Death experiences the viewer says they encounter a person that gives direction and shows them what they have done with their life. The question is... who is this figure?

I have talked to a couple people who have claimed to have had near death experiences. In each of these occasions the "Figure" that met them and gave directions was a close relative that had already passed on. It was someone they knew in this earthly life and someone they were close to. I know of one specific example of which I was told where a close friend of mine had an experience like this and saw their grandmother approaching before they were pulled back. So I don't think the "Figure" is the same in each case. I tend to think it is specific to that individuals needs.

In my readings the figure can be a representation of a man that looks similar to a significant figure of the person's religion, but most times it is deemed as a 'savior' or an angel. One thing to note is that it if the tour guide is not a relative then the person that meets them is usually male.
