Games and Tv Vs Education

This problem leaves out a very important category, educational video games and TV shows. My youngest son loves watching shows on the Science Channel about the stars, moon, and space in general. My oldest son plays computer games that are educational and require counting , reading word replacement, and other educational activities. I think that TV and video games can be good for your children as an aid to their education if you are willing to take the time to look for them and help them out occassionally.
