MISSIONARIES RETURN TO ARCADIA

ARCADIA, Florida - Four missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints were evacuated from Arcadia ahead of Hurricane Charley in August 2004. Because so much housing and rental property was destroyed in the storm, they were assigned to other areas for more than a year. Now, once again, two elders can be seen in their trademark dark suits and white shirts visiting with residents along the streets of the city.

I am glad to hear they have returned to the area. This is what the work of the Lord is all about, sometimes it seems like because of the challenges (in this case weather conditions) may affect somehow the work, it does not stop it for good.
