What a disgrace! You gotta be kidding me! The owners of this restaurant were very patient with him because he owed them money from previous visits!

Lee Tyers, 40, was dining at the Jamal's Restaurant, in the city center of Middlesbrough, in the United Kingdom, when he claimed that he found a hair in the food and refused to pay his bill.
The restaurant owner, Jamal Chowdhury, reviewed the CCTV, and saw the 40-year-old man putting his hands down his pants before complaining about the hair in his food. Tyers placed the pubic hair in his lamb bhuna dish, and complained to the staff that he had found hair in the food. He then refused to pay his bill of about $50 due to finding the hair. Source 7

He should go to jail, I'm kind of surprised the restaurant owners gave him so many previous chances, I know I wouldn't but I suppose some people believe in giving second, thirds and fourths chances.
