Glowing Pigs
Scientists in Taiwan say they have bred three pigs that "glow in the dark". They claim that while other researchers have bred partly fluorescent pigs, theirs are the only pigs in the world which are green through and through. The pigs are transgenic, created by adding genetic material from jellyfish into a normal pig embryo.

Pigs Glowing
Its glad to see public funds being used to help humanity. I mean, I can't think of something that will help the world more than glow in the dark pigs. I am struggling hard to find a realistic purpose for pigs to glow in the dark. Maybe this will be used to assist in some other manner. For instance, if your pig was lost, in the dark, you could easily find it!
