The deceased was identified as Ricky Moodie, of Burton Trace, St Mary's Village.
Police said that at around 7 p.m. Moodie's daughter, Shinelle George, 17, came home and found him bleeding from the wound.
George said Moodie told her he was in his garden located at the back of the house when he was accosted by someone who chopped him on the neck. Source 5
