Dog Treats That Kill

OWNERS: DOG TREATS KILLED OUR PETS

At least 13 dogs have died after being fed the top-selling pet treat in the country, owners and veterinarians have told CNN.

The fact that over 325 million of these treats were sold last year puts 13 deaths since 2003 as a very low percentage. I wonder if a study was done of pet deaths by toys/treats vs the number sold whether one would find that there are other toys/treats that have killed more pets per number sold?
