Withdrawals

The withdrawals that I have had have been from common things that become addictive such as caffeine and nasal decongestant spray. I have also had withdrawal from Cigarettes Never had withdrawal from Marijuana or alcohol and I did lots of both in my day. Withdrawal from Cigarettes came from my brutal cold turkey approach. I had head aches for days. In that time period, I just found another vice, chewing on my fingers. That was painful. But there is no help from caffeine or nasal spray. I simply suffered headaches and couldn't breathe for about a week. I was absolutely miserable. I have been lucky to not have done any hard dependent drugs in my lifetime.
