Recipe detials: Hamburger with Almonds
1 lb Lean ground beef 1/4 c Slivered almonds, toasted 1/4 ts Fine herbs 1 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper Combine all ingredients and form into 3 to 4 round patties. Broil or grill to desired doneness. Makes 3 ~ 4 servings. Tip: Serve on hamburger bun or atop toasted buttered French bread, or serve plain meat patties with boiled potatoes, vegetable and salad.
