Experience Estate Real Your

In 1986, I earned my first real estate license in the state of Nevada. I was working for a property management firm at the time, and it was required (as it is in most states) when working for more than one property owner. Later, I moved back to California, acquired my license here, and worked for another property management firm in San Diego, and then in Lake Elsinore.

For nearly 20 years, I had a current license, though I never tried my hand at sales, and I "retired" from property management in the early 90's. A couple of years ago, (yes just before the big boom) I didn't have the cash ($400 for the license, plus $200 for the continuing education required) to renew my license, and let it lapse for the first time. Needless to say, I'm pretty upset at how the real estate market has taken off, and me nowhere near a real estate commission....

And that's pretty much the extent of my R.E. experience.
