The house I recently bought was priced at $182,900 US. It was built in 1995, has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 car attached garage and about 2100 square feet. I believe I got a deal on it, mostly because it was located in an older subdivision. A similar home in a newer subdivision would have easily gone for over $200,000 US. Even though the house was built in 1995, the basement was finished in 2001 as well as the garage and driveway, so a lot of the house is newer. I would say it fits the median price range of houses in the area where I live (SE MN).
