The result is pretty much on the dot but I agree that the test does limit one's response. On the otherhand, what one person considers romantic is not necessarily what someone else thinks. All in all, I believe the test is based on what society generally thinks of as romantic.

If you and your significant other's idea of a nice dinner conversation is politics, sports, etc. by all means, don't let some stupid personality test tell you otherwise.

And here's me thinking I'd got it right,

I think that being romantic is important, but that each person should also consider the other, not just one person making all the effort.

Although I don't agree that I am a player it is just a quiz by one persons point of view and is based toward males. I do believe it is sort of funny because I would rater make something for someone I love then show them that I've got money and get a limo and take them to a fancy restaurant.
