New Animal Resembling Furry Lobster Found
A team of American-led divers has discovered a new crustacean in the South Pacific that resembles a lobster and is covered with what looks like silky, blond fur, French researchers said Tuesday. The divers found the animal in waters 7,540 feet deep at a site 900 miles south of Easter Island last year, according to Michel Segonzac of the French Institute for Sea Exploration.

I saw this animal on Fox News. I believe they mentioned it lives near thermal vents. These animals and bacteria that live near thermal vents, at the bottom of the ocean, are outside of the solar life cycle. The rest of the living things on the Earth depend on the energy from the Sun in some way. For example: the Sun feeds the grass, the grass feeds the zebra, the zebra feeds the lion. Near the thermal vents: hot ,toxic, gasses feed the bacteria, bacteria feeds the microscopic sea life, microscopic sea life feeds the Furry Lobster. The crustacean probably uses those fine hairs, like a net, to gather said sea life. If we ever find life on another planet, within our solar system, it will probably be near a thermal vent, at the bottom of an ocean, on a moon orbiting Jupiter.
