In Trinidad & Tobago is there a right to life in place for animals, plants, etc.?

Does Trinidad & Tobago have strict laws in place to protect the environment?

Yes T&T have environmental laws set in place for the people however, the only problem is that it is not enforced correctly. In fact, I never heard of a case of a guy being detained by the police for breaking those laws. It also explains why Trinidad is kept in a very unclean state currently and the people who are in it doesn't seem to care at all.
