I don't know if I'm understanding the description for this spell properly:
QUOTE The character may cast all 0-, 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level spells as silent spells without using higher-level spell slots.
So it means the spell caster does not have to say any words if the spell requires it? Or is this a spell that produces silence?
