Any time you have civil unrest there will be those videos of people doing some seriously horrific violence. To set a person on fire and watch them burn is right up there with a lot of the stuff.

Wow, this is horrific. I don't care what kind of civil strife is happening, this is a horrible act. And to not even have the humanity to help this person. There are few way more painful to spend your last few minutes on Earth as burning to death.

Venezuela has huge problems. They nationalized their economy and then mismanaged it. They are so dependent on oil exports that when the price slips the country nearly collapses. And they chased the entrepreneurs out with their excessive and confiscatory policies. Now the blame the US to give them a scapegoat. That's only going to last so long.

Why don't the people in Venezuela rise up and take over from the current president. I've read up on Venezuela, they have so many natural resources that could feed and clothed everyone. They should not have any kind of needs at all.
