Emancipated Introduction - Page 2

Hi Emancipated, I am a US citizen that lived in Trinidad as a child, then returned to the US after high school. My mother is a citizen of Trinidad but also lives here in the US now. I look forward to your perspectives on life in Trinidad now, because it really does appear to be a lot different since I left almost 12 years ago.
What part of Trinidad do you live in currently? I lived down south in Marabella and went to school in San Fernando. I still have family down there, but just the stubborn ones who don't want to come to the US
