I'm very glad to hear he was caught, one less sicko off the streets! They have no respect for themselves or others, horrible act.
QUOTE A man was arrested and charged with harassment related charges after he allegedly took upskirt photos of girls without their consent, according to police reports in Japan.
Kanagawa Prefectural Police said that had an easy day of work on Thursday when they arrested 31-year-old Hirotaka Kikuchi. The suspect was charged with voyeurism, police said.
Although it took some time, the suspect was fairly easy to find after he accidentally recorded himself while setting up his hidden camera.
According to police, one morning, Kikuchi attached two wristwatches that are about four inches in diameter with a hidden camera feature, to a flight of stairs in a building in Yokohama. His alleged goal was to take a video up the skirts of women who took on the stairs. Source 3
