CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - Jeff Timmons of '90s boy band 98 Degrees has been arrested on charges of drunken driving and driving without a valid license, Brevard County sheriff's officials said. Authorities pulled over Timmons' white Mercedes on April 23 when they spotted him driving 60 mph in a 45-mph zone, according to a report. Timmons, 33, said he was from out of town and didn't have his driver's license, the report said. Authorities said Timmons' eyes were "very glassy" and he told police he had "a lot" to drink. Later, he told deputies he only had two beers.

I didn't even realize the band 98 degrees was still together. I thought they broke up after Nick LeShay left to pursue a marriage with Jessica Simpson. Even if they are still together, they are not as popular and viable as when Nick was the lead singer, in my opinion.

I was under the impression that 98 degress had broken up. I guess the news report has to mention 98 Degrees so that you know who Jeff Timmons is. Everyone knows Nick Lachey and several know his brother Drew since Dancing with the Stars, but I can't even identify the other two members in a police line up. Didn't the fourth member make a run for mayor of Cleveland recently?
