It wasn't mentioned whether this anti-spam list was a chargeable feature, but I will guess that it was. Now that the people who signed up for it are receiving double the spam, don't you think they would start demanding tighter control or possibly a refund?

There ought to be laws against this kind of abuse. People pay to be on an anti-spam list then find themselves getting more spam? I would be furious at this type of treatment. Anyone want to make a guess at how long it will take for a class action law suit against them?
