Comments: I'm pretty talented when it comes to martial arts. I wondering how profitable it will be to make a career out of it by opening ,my own school, writing a book, etc.
To make a career of Martial Arts you need something Special. You don't need to be the best fighter, you don't need the best technique, all you need is to be Unique.
The Best fighters get slower with age, the best Authors seem to only have a specialized following. The best teachers seem to lose their students to the next fashionable craze. There are very few True Martial Artist who are very Rich. True Peace is within. Those who run a chain of Dojos quickly get caught up in Business and lose the thread of why they started. All being said, it can be done - if you are a ground breaker, if you triumph when others grow tired, then good luck, I wish you all the best.
Those guys fighting in the mixed martial arts competitions get a lot per match don't they? I guess they have to be the best of the best to making over 100 grand for a couple rounds of grappling.
