I really liked this song when it came out, but never understood allot of the lyrics. My favorite section of the song is this:

It emphasizes what I believe that you cannot focus on what you haven't done or couldn't achieve or you will never be able to move forward.

Steal My Sunshine Sports & Fashion Music Movies

I like this song too. It was used in a movie I thought, perhaps that's what the middle parts come from because I didn't understand the spoken portions in context to the overall song.
