Ken Thomson, a publishing magnate and art patron who was repeatedly listed as the richest person in Canada, has died at the age of 82.

I had never even heard of this person. He was quietly one of the worlds richest people but never got the publicity. At eighty-two, its obvious that he at least took decent care of himself to live that long. I think thats past the average age of males these days. I have to wonder how much money was wrapped up in his art since he was a huge art patron.
