There used to be a population of a lot of Jews in Cuba until Fidel Castro came to power, bringing communism around the country. There used to be a total of 24,000 Jews, a lot of them located in the capital, ever since the communism revolution (In 1959) 94-95% of them left to other countries such as the United States.
