Libya has a hot, dry arid climate in certain areas which poses a threat to it's natural resources; especially water storage. Places such as the The Coastal Plains might have more rain and "Wet winters" to hopefully replenish after the dry summers but as global warming rises it may make Libya more vulnerable to change.
