Grilled Italian Sausage with mozarella cheese melted on top, put on a toasted sourdough roll and top with marinara sauce. Yummy!

Second choice is chicken salad:
--Shredded cooked chicken
--Chopped celery, walnuts, and green onions
--Red seedless grapes, halved or quartered
--Mayo to taste
Your choice of bread, croissant, pita, etc., but my fave with this is whole wheat.

Delightful.

I think that the best sandwich filler, is turkey pastrami, dill relish, and mayo...all on lightly toasted whole wheat bread.

Chop boiled egg and ham. Mix them together with you favorite condiments and spread on your favorite bread. Add a garden fresh slice of ripe summer tomato. Mmmm

Comments: I'm a simple person I like bacon, chicken, mayo,tomato and cucumber, or salmon, cucumber and soft cheese but this recipe doesn't have the mayo.

Well I am not allowed to make this often other then at my brothers here it is.

I like this on a 12 inch bun Italian style.

Peanut butter on one side of bun and cheese wiz on the other, then stacking from cheese side.

spicy meat (pepperoni or such)

bit of mustard

sliced ham

mayo

lettuce

hot peppers,

tart pickle

elephant garlic sliced

fresh tomato.

Serve with root beer or coke and chocolate ice cream float.

Lately my sandwich has been just a plain wheat wrap with roast beef, cheese, lettuce and a bit of russian salad dressing.
