| 1 | pound | hamburger | |
| 1 | each | tomato juice, large can | |
| 1 | cup | onion, chopped | |
| 1 | cup | celery, chopped | |
| 1 | cup | noodles, or rice | |
| 1 | salt and pepper, to taste | ||
Directions: | |||
| Tear hamburger in small pieces, place in bottom of crockpot. Add tomato juice, and turn crockpot to low; simmer. One hour later, add vegetables and let simmer 4-6 hours. Before serving, add rice or noodles. Turn crockpot, setting to high and cook additional 1/2 hour. Reduce heat and eat. | |||
