PESTICIDE DAMAGES BRAIN FUNCTION IN SONGBIRDS, SCIENTIST WARNS The cheery song of the robin could be silenced by environmental exposure to pesticides, says a researcher who warns people to be cautious about spraying the chemicals. Ref. https://www.cbc.ca/story/science/national/2...robins-ddt.html |
So how do you fix this problem? No pesticides, less food due to bugs destroying crops. If you spray, then birds die and the ground is polluted. The question is which does more damage. Ultimately, we know what bugs can do to our crops and such, but the damage done to other animals is minimal in comparison. I am actually more worried about what it is doing to us since most people don't wash everything off like they should before eating it.
