The cheery song of the robin could be silenced by environmental exposure to pesticides, says a researcher who warns people to be cautious about spraying the chemicals.

This does throw a whole new problem to the eco environment since birds peck at food and pesticides in abundance are spread via plane through the air.

Songbirds Function Brain Damages Pesticide

So how do you fix this problem? No pesticides, less food due to bugs destroying crops. If you spray, then birds die and the ground is polluted. The question is which does more damage. Ultimately, we know what bugs can do to our crops and such, but the damage done to other animals is minimal in comparison. I am actually more worried about what it is doing to us since most people don't wash everything off like they should before eating it.
