VHA CLINICS IN LAS VEGAS
FACILITY DIRECTOR PRIORITIZES VETERAN OUTPATIENT DRESS CODE OVER HEALTH CARE
VASNHC Director Johnny Bright is sending Veterans home to change clothes before allowing treatment. He is putting the squeamish dress prejudices of the Clinic employees before the Veteran's doctor prescribed treatments.
Bright is not a medical doctor and he is overriding doctor ordered treatment. His staff is telling Patients their appointments are not important that in case of an emergency the Veteran can call 911.
Is this any way to run a clinic? Is this any way to provide health care for Veterans? How did this a man with this amount of overwhelming medical ignorance get in a position of absolute unchecked power? I"m truly afraid he is going to kill someone.
