Order Her Tubes Tied
Some human mothers are delinquent in the way they maintain or treat their children. Let us consider this one case:
A mother keeps having children only to have them end up in orphanages. Many of the children are born with deformities because of past / current drug use. After having six children this way do you think that law officials should require her tubes tied? Would you be willing to fight for such a law to be put in place if one did not exist?

Absolutely not, that is quite folly. She is free to do as she wishes sexually, though all will scorn her for it. Besides, as long as the children are kept far away from her I see no reason that her having children could be a misfortune. Children are a blessing upon the Earth regardless of their faults- for children are born innocent and innocence is free of faults.
