Right now in Missouri, it is very easy to get a home loan. Prime rate is right at 700 for your credit score where as two years ago it was 730. But since interest rates are low and it is a buyers market, you can get a nice house with a decent interest rate without having perfect credit. As well, your choice of house and companies to get mortgages are at an all time high variety wise. Now is a seriously good time to be looking to get a mortgage or even re-financing your mortgage. There is a big push to get people off of ARM loans now while the rates are low and beneficial be static.
