Title: My views on how Trini's conduct themselves in public
Comments: I was just dealing with a Trinidadian who lives in Trinidad and is wealthy, while I am in Canada. I am a website developer, also was born in Trinidad. The man has been so rude to me, and part of it is I see is ignorance. While he might appear to dress in the latest fashions and have funds to travel, shop and eat well. He is back in years like 15 years in technology, and this is a person younger than me. If you don't know something be humble, ask, and learn, that's my motto. He doesn't know and and decides to use blaming, assuming, and sheer primitiveness. I have been doing this for 10+ years without any problems until I give this person a try even through he lives in Trinidad. Wrong choice. I agree with the people on this discussion that people that live in Trinidad and don't want to leave are primitive, like zoo animals. They are rude to the highest degree. Another lady I worked for refused to call me by my name. Never ever she called me by name. I still always addressed her correctly. That one just refused to call any one that works for her by their name. Like back in slavery days. I see so many people there wealthy and have missing teeth, like that doesn't matter, they want to buy a coach bag and pay for those parties standing in the mud with drinks. This island should be deemed as a zoo. If you don't want to escape your crazy, and you like mud, drains, corruption, and primitive people.

Title: Primitive Trinidadians
Comments: Trying to point out to get some Trinidadians that they are primitive, is treated as water running off a duck's back especially those holding some piece of paper in the form of an educational achievement. They appear to be living in a dream world and even when they reach any distinguished positions here, they still tend to display a high degree of primitive attitude by making dabbling in corruption their aim.
. For over 55 years many of these so-called educated and professional citizens have been governing this nation, but look at what has happened since our independence we have become a a haven for criminals, even our school children are showing signs now of becoming potential criminals.caused by our primitive attitudes and procedures applied in a modern world.
Not only that we have here an active terrorist movement supporting ISIS a primitive and barbaric organisation, which definitely supports our primitiveness, considering we are suppose to have a population with a high degrees of intelligence, and should by now know what is right and what is wrong. Our primitiveness is displayed by the failure of our justice system and our police to deal with our band of roaming savage like killers that exists freely in our society.

Comments: I read all what people wrote here. I agree it is primitive the way people act and the mindset. I left there when I was 16 and went on a boat that took months to get to the U.K. The best thing I could have ever done. That was way back in the 60's. I know people living there rich Trinis, they are ignorant in a quite primitive way. If you want to live where people have open drains infront their mansions built on mud land and be surrounded by barbed wire then by all means do it. All you Conservatives and wanna be socialite in Trini you don't even understand how to broaden your mind. This country is just to visit or if you must for business and leave. Not to live. Not to raise kids. Look at the "roads" 3rd world mentality rocks there.

Title: Trinidad and Tobago is Primitive
Comments: Trinidad and Tobago is primitive for sure. I lived there and left to migrate to Canada because of the several aspects of primitive behaviors in the country. The people are very tribe like. Some people like this, so they stay there. Some do not like it, so they leave. The people may look good because of clothes, and some of their language and actions sounds advanced but if you look closer you will see sheer primitive people there.
