5 c All-purpose flour; unsifted 2 c Granulated sugar 1 c Brown sugar; packed 2 tb Baking powder 1 tb Salt 1 c Shortening 1/2 c Butter Recipe by: Hershey's Combine flour, granulated suagar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. (You can use an electriv mixer on slow speed for mixing.) Add shortening and butter; cut in with pastry blender or hands until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. NOTE: After refrigeration, measure amount of mix needed; of Basic Cookie Mix -
