1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter 4 ounces Ritz crackers -- 1 sleive-see 1 cup White chocolate chips -- or Semisweet chocolate chips -- o Milk chocolate chips 1 tablespoon Shortening 2:00 Note: 1 sleeve (4 ounces) round butter-flavored crackers Spread peanut butter on half of the crackers; top with remaining crackers t make sandwiches. Refrigerate. In a double boiler over simmering water melt choice of chocolate chips and shortening, stirring until smooth. Dip sandwiches and place on waxed paper until chocolate hardens.
