1 pastry crust -- unbaked 1 1/2 Cups half & half 4 Ounces hard salami -- minced 4 Large eggs 1/2 Teaspoon oregano 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder 2 Cups shredded Mozzarella 1 Cup pizza sauce Beat together half and half, oregano, garlic and eggs. Place in pastry crust: m inced salami and 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella. Pour egg mixture of cheese and salami. Add remaining 1/2 cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Spoon ho t pizza sauce over each serving. Serves 4 to 6. Recipe from "One Million Recipe s CD" busted by Judy R. |
