| 6 | cup | stock, chicken | |
| 2 | cup | ham, diced, cooked | |
| 2 | cup | potatoes, cubed | |
| 8 | each | onions, small | |
| 1 | cup | corn | |
| 1 | cup | beans, green, cut | |
| 1 | cup | beans, lima | |
| 1 | cup | tomatoes, canned | |
| 2 | each | celery, stalks, with leaves, chopped | |
| 1 | tablespoon | parsley, fresh, minced | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
| 1 | each | bay leaf | |
Directions: | |||
| Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours, or on High for 3 to 4 hours. Serve in heated soup bowls garnished with chopped fresh parsley. | |||
