Side Burns

Has anyone else noticed how much Side Burns has made a come back? I find that more and more guys are using this old time style again. It looks good on some, but on other... well, they could try something else.

Burns Side

It always reminds me of the 70's, but I to have noticed that there has been a comeback of long side burns, especially in students and office workers.
I think that it looks okay, but I wouldn't rate it as a great advantage!

I must admit, save for Tom Welling, if I see anyone with it I immediately think about vanity or chuckle to myself - nothing personal, I just think it is cheesy.

Burns Side

According to Wikipedia.com: "Sideburns are patches of facial hair on the sides of a man's face, in front of the ears. They were originally called burnsides, possibly after General Ambrose Burnside. His hairstyle, commonly known as mutton chops or chops, connected thick sideburns via the moustache but left the chin clean-shaven."
