1 c Shortening 1 c Brown sugar 1 c Honey 1 ts Baking powder 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Cinnamon 3 c Flour 3 c Oats 2 Eggs Recipe by: D & P Honey at Texas Folk Life Fest Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream shortening, sugar, honey, and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
