3/4 teaspoon Salt

1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Fennel seeds

1 teaspoon Caraway seed

1 teaspoon orange peel -- grated

1 1/2 cups Rye Flour

1 1/2 cups Bread Flour

2 teaspoons Yeast
