Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials: Creole Chicken/Crockpot

Ingredients
1eachfrying chicken, cut up
1eachgreen pepper, chopped
6eachgreen onions, chopped
1eachcan tomatoes (16 ounces) undrained
1eachcan tomato paste (6 ounces)
1/4poundham, cubed
1teaspoonsalt
1hot pepper sauce, to taste
1/2poundsmoked sausage, sliced
3cuprice, cooked

Directions:

In the crockpot, combine the chicken, pepper, onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, ham, salt, and pepper sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Turn control to high and add sausage and cooked rice. Cover and cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes.
