Hunting Introduction

I have been told that once a divorce has happened that the Guy can never be called as a Bishop. Apparently they can be in the stake presidency and elders quorum but not a Bishop. I have been looking to find an answer and I haven't found anything leaning one way or another. Can someone help me out and give some supporting information. Thanks a ton.
