Well, she was in incredible shape to begin with so this isn't unexpected. At least not be me. I'd expect someone in her shape to bounce back quickly. Back when humans were mostly nomadic hunter gatherers and all of us in incredibly good physical shape, if you were healthy, women had babies and moved with the group/tribe the next day. We were made for this. It's our sedentary lifestyle that makes this seem odd when it should be the norm.
